IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES IN THEIR EXAGGERATED INVESTIGATION
MASFERRER ROJAS (BREAKING INTO AND SEARCHING HIS HOME HERE
HIS BROTHER, DR. RODOLFO MASFERRER, DIED OF A HEART ATTACK
THOUGHT THAT THE SAID OFFICERS WERE UNDERCOVER AGENTS FOR
CASTRO. SUCH SERIOUS MEASURES INVOLVING A WELL-KNOWN
CUBAN CALL FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION OF THIS CASE IN
ESTABLISH WHERE THE RESPONSIBILITY LIES AND TO TAKE ACTION
TO STOP THE
PERSECUTION OF CUBANS WHO ARE FRIENDS OF THE UNITED STATES
AND RELENTLESS ADVERSARIES OF FIDEL CASTRO.

Memorandum of Information Re: Telegram to The
President of the
United States from Anton Constanzo Palau, Cong CO
January 18, 1967
On January 1, 1959 Rolando A. Masferrer-Rojas, A7 197 768,
Key West, Florida with 25 other Cuban refugees on the
OLOKUN II. He was detained in Service custody at
until January 27, 1959 when he was paroled under Section 212
(d) (5) of
the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Service action was initiated to prohibit Masferrer from
150 miles of the Florida or Gulf coasts. After several
in the U.S. District Court, Miami, Masferrer's parole
amended to require him to report to the District Director,
